We have recently installed a new flat roof using GRP (fiberglass) at a property in Elland, Halifax. July 2014

The existing flat roof had been leaking for many years, but due to the design of the roof the leak was within the overhanging front section of the roof and not noticed by the owners.

After we removed the old roof covering we found that the roof had been constructed using compressed straw boards. Over the years the water ingress had caused the rafter ends to rot.

Once we discovered the problem we were able to replace the rafters, install new insulation followed by a totally new flat roof using GRP to fully waterproof the dormer.

All our new flat roofs are guaranteed for twenty years.
